Each 5 g serving contains (1 rounded scoop): Active ingredients: Hydrolysed collagen (type 1&3, bovine) 2000 mg, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 50 mg, Calcium (as carbonate) 50 mg, Magnesium (as bisglycinate) 30 mg, L-Methionine 25 mg, Vitamin E (as dl-α-tocopheryl acetate) 11 mg, Zinc (as oxide) 10 mg, Folic acid 400 mcg, Biotin (Vitamin B7) 200 mcg, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 25 mcg, Selenium (as amino acid chelate) 25 mcg.

Other ingedients: Maltodextrine, citric acid, flavour, silicon dioxide, sucralose (sweetener) and colourant.

Adults: Add one rounded scoop (approx. 5 g) into a glass of water and stir well. Take once daily.
