Each capsule contains: Probiotic blend (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus salivarius, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium bereve, Streptococcus thermophilus) 2 Billion cfu. Prebiotic: Fructo-oligosaccharide 6 mg.

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose and veggie capsule

Take one capsule twice a day, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Take this product at least two hours after antibiotics. Refrigerate after opening.
